2:10 Yeah, Hsetia is my ONLY real issue with DanMachi. Her constant sexual assault and acting like she owns Bell is beyond irritating. Plus, it's not like she ever tries to change what is between her and Bell, so he is allowed to grow up and seek out new knowledge, experiences, and mistakes. He'd never knock up a girl and ditch.

I have long been sick and tired of how the vast majority of anime/LN MCs are perpetual, insistent virgins who are horrified at the act that made them, or incompetent, inappropriate incels. Sure, Bell is a very innocent, ignorant boy, but Welf? He has confidence and growth from being with Hephaestus. He absolutely seems the sort of guy who would be so into smithing that he'd go "get it out of his system" sometimes, just so he can focus. Look, I grew up to be an abnormally sexual person, and someone who holds what basically amounts to spiritual reasons to embrace physical intimacy. So, having to see 90-95% of main characters who are totally terrified of women's bodies is obscene and uncanny. That's why I love animes and LNs that have the MCs that go "get taken care of" at brothels and such, or even better, they end up with a healthy, sexually active relationship with someone.

11:00 Mat, I find is VERY funny that you even considered that the Freya Familia might have been in the right with those accusations when you just watched an episode that introduced them and showed many members kidnapping and trying to imprison and rape a member of Hestia Familia. Eeehh.....
