Like I have a feeling... her visions are very accurate so far, but her approaches how to deal with them were not confident or assertive enough... or too indirect.

No, I think waiting to boost Aisha at the end was the best call. Having most of the lower level fighters be stronger to work on the Monster Rex over the battle would tire it out and show them all what it is capable of. Haruhime was saving herself from Mind Down, probably just to boost Aisha later. Boosting Aisha from the start could have made her the clear target for the Boss, seeing how she would be the most dangerous opponent, making the monster go for her mainly. If she was down before they won, they would all be screwed totally.

If our world went all crazy and magic, monsters, and prophecies became real, I know that I'm writing down every damn word of magic and prophecy and studying the shape, colour, and number of repetitions of the letters before making a decision. 21:05 And as we see, taking it "any way you want" can get you killed very quickly.
