Here are the results of the weekly poll:

Delightful Duty Chapter 23 - 801 votes

Viserys travels to Dragonstone to both meet his new grandsons and comfort his daughter after the loss of her husband, only to immediately find himself thrown into a headache he never imagined. Learning that there's a dragonrider who isn't a direct member of their family is bad enough but when Daemon tells everyone that Jon's his son, it throws him and Alicent both for a loop, leading the latter to make a suggestion that shocks everyone in the room.

Jon/Arianne/Arya one shot - 282 votes

Jon/Shiera/Rhaenyra vampire fic - 97 votes

Chapter 23 of Delightful Duty will be posted on Friday, along with the next poll.

Thank you to everyone who voted in the poll and have a lovely week.

Bitch is going to try to marry him to Helena. Hope he has the balls to decline.

TheWateringWizard

Ohhh you made me realise that I had misunderstood the synopsis of next chapter. I thought it was Viserys that was gonna suggest something shocking

Clay

I have a hunch that's what's going to happen but I hope they find a way to tell her no.

TheDarkPrince

That would be the logical conclusion. However, I can also see Alicent trying to undermine Rhaenyra's legitimacy by having her marry Daemon's "bastard". I think there was a reason these issues were discussed in the previous chapter. It would be in line with Alicent's character that she would seek to tear Rhaenyra down before even considering self-preservation . Along with the fact that she is from the Reach and a Hightower at that. She is seen as the pillar of the Faith and wedding her only daughter to a "bastard" could bring the problems she would seek to place upon Rhaenyra. It would also contradict Alicent's claims of Rhaenyra's children being illegitimate if she were to wed her own child to an illegitimate "Prince". That's not to mention the idea of wedding her daughter, Otto's granddaughter, to Daemon's "son". Something I don't believe either of them would ever consider.

Clay

Oh I didn't think of that! I like it.

Love that Delightful Duty won. Hopefully Alicent does the unexpected and suggests that Jon be "forced" to marry Rhaenyra since she is from the Reach and marrying a bastard would be seen as damaging to Rhaenyra's claim and she would try to use the marriage as leverage to try an influence Jon by saying that is thanks to her he has risen to the highest a bastard could ever conceive in marrying Rhaenyra.
