Chapter 2 of A Matter of Blood, in which Jon wakes, having been turned into a vampire and is forced to come to terms with how dramatically his life has just changed. As he's trying to process that, the mausoleum is attacked and Rhaenyra makes plans to move them all to her mountain fortress, where his true training as a creature of the night and all that entails, will begin properly.

Victory For The People

You should double check the age gaps you've set in the first chapter vs this one. Ya had Dany say she's been a vamp for over 50 years last chapter and 10 in this one. Shiera being over 2 centuries last chapter and 80 years in this one. Still a fun read. Also, is there gonna be Underworld vibes in regards to Jon's heritage. It's hard for me to believe you didn't have the Stark line holding some kind of power, maybe not vampires, but wolves instead? Since ya have the Boltons being bloodsuckers. It'd be neat to see a kind of hybrid thing with him where his age doesn't necessarily make him weak against older vamps. Just a thought lol

Sorry about that. I changed a couple things as I clarified the timeline and forgot to fix the first chapter on Patreon. It's been changed now. As for werewolves, I don't have any plans to include them in this right now as my focus is on the vampire families themselves and how the curse came to be.
