Patreon 2019 feedback survey (Patreon)

Hi guys! I've created a survey with a few questions on how I can improve my patreon experience for you all.  I have a feeling it can be improved somewhat, so if you have the time, please fill out this survey and be as honest/thorough as possible.

I hope i'm able to improve the value of my patreon so you get what you guys want/expect for the amount you pledge.  Thanks in advance!
