Hey everyone! I just wanted to say good morning! I thought I'd start doing these quick little audios during times I want to share some tingles but it's not the appropriate time for a full video. So here's the first little moment. Enjoy! <3

Ah I really like this, bite size triggers. Thank you! I often use things like the 3 minute breathing space to like, quickly interrupt and recalibrate where my head is if I catch myself going down a rabbit hole, so I can see this being really useful. I'd love for a positive affirmations one!

I really like this it's a nice ASMR bite just the perfect length. Your ASMR is my favorite 😁. it does make a good pateron exclusive you could do A few on YouTube like maybe one or two a week and say if you want more ASMR bites you have many more on Patreon or something like that
