This video is available only on Patreon until it goes public on February 3, 2021 at 6pm PST.

Hey there! Yes, this is an extra, extra early access video :) This video has a trigger I'm excited about which is shivery shaky breathing with some very soft whispering. I'm also using new mics! These are Rode NTG2s. I will be getting a better stand for them so that they're not taking up so much of the frame. That will arrive probably tomorrow but I wanted to get this done today :)

Bekah, I'm so glad you feel better, but I know healing isn't linear. We will continue to be patient 💖

softlygaloshes

Thank you ♡ Yeah, I don't know how each day will go but for today, I'm glad I could do something I enjoy.

Breathing is a very simple and effective trigger and I really like this new type of trigger. These videos are great, I swear to you that many nights this content is very positive in tough moments. I will always say this. And I'm happy to see you again... Excellent video ❤️

softlygaloshes

Thank you 😊 I'm happy to have made something new.

Anabel Nathair

Yep. That's how it has to go, and too many people are too cruel.

softlygaloshes

I'm thankful for my support system and coping skills. It's making this easier.

John Radetzki

I'm getting sleepy already. 😴 But! I'm at work. :3 I look forward to falling asleep to this when I get home though. Thanks for always being tingly, and getting us all tired. 😊

John Radetzki

I woooont. X3 I'm just on lunch, and wanted to sample it. As if I need to though, lol. Your work is always amazing. :3

John Radetzki

Ah yiss. :3 I hope you have as good a sleep as you give us. X3

Rolling Thunder

Very relaxing video, Bekah. Thank you for making it.

Dion

I'm glad you were feeling better and well enough to make a video and I must say it's incredibly cozy. Also the freckles are cute. :)

For some reason I absolutely love this trigger and I've found it so hard to search for and find anything with people doing it. Thank you so much!

esha

This was really nice and relaxing! Love it!

Anonymous

Thank you so much for this 💯🙏

What kind of search terms have you tried before? I could add then to my description to make it easier for people to find!

Rolling Thunder

Yes! The sound was very crisp and 5x5 as far as I could tell. 👍

Rolling Thunder

That just means it sounds perfect to me. It derives from broadcast or military jargon that a signal or sound has perfect clarity and strength, each measured on a scale from 0 to 5. So if something is 5x5 it is perfect.

Closed my eyes and after a few minutes listening felt that knot in my chest relax, my breathing slowed and deepened, and my shoulders melted. Thank you so much for all the thoughtful work you do.

Harry Cordell

So glad you had a good day.Like the video nice and sleepy.

Check out a book by Elizabeth Kubler Ross On death and dying grieving.Maybe it will help.
