Man, I love this season sooo much, excited to watch along!

aww I thought your co-pilot was going to be back this season, enjoy number 4! It is easily one of my top 10 seasons of any series ever.

Taking a break at 52 minutes to say that I was bullied in high school (and most of school overall actually) and, yes, the kids could be that mean. Things got better in the last two years of high school because of more friends and finally coming into my own socially, but those times were trying. What was happening with El/Jane really tugged at me. Also, as my name here would imply, that was also the time of the 80's and there was such a trend happening called the "Satanic Panic" where D&D, heavy metal and even some video games were falsely linked to satanism. My mom was a bit worried for me as I was growing to be such a metalhead, but she read the lyrics to some songs with me and got my impressions and she didn't worry after that (yeah I had a couple of great parents). The 80's were a wild time and you would have loved it! 😁

So excited for you to see this season! I love every season, but this one is definitely my favorite!

You should watch the documentary on the Montauk project - Stranger things was based off of this Legend of CIA kidnapping kids for mind control experiments and dimensional portals and time travel stuff. It's really spooky knowing the government was capable of all this during the cold war.

And that was Exactly how HS was in the 80's in 1986 I was the same age as them and went thru the same stuff as Eddie, I was a D&D nerd and into Star Wars so I was a freak and I had the long black hair.

If I only cooold… I’d make a deal with gaawwd… two avocados for 10 bucks

I totally missed it the first time. Max didn’t go to the game, but she did listened to the game on the radio from home.

EDDDIEEEE is the best.

Excited for this season as well. And for Eddie. One of my favorite characters ever on this series.
