OMG YOU WILL NOT REGRET BRIS!!!! there is always a reason for why these big dramas blew up no matter how many people be pulling it down years later! complete classic and was a refreshing change to the drama scene when it came out!! obviously acting was top notch and even the side stars are now huge well known actors/actressess in korea!!

I kind of had a feeling this is not your type of drama, like for me I did like it at the time it aired but it never made me rewatch the show again. This is one of those dramas that was super popular but I don’t really recommend it to other people to watch nowadays.

Descendants of the Sun was a nice drama, it had ratings up to 41.6%. It was also famous for their OSTs. I never watched it in so long. Honestly, I am also not sure if it is up to your liking, but I think part of me wants to introduce this drama to you because it was really well-loved by Korean and international fans at that time but I understand if you do not enjoy the comedy and romance in this drama. I understand if you do not want to continue the drama

Oh wow I'm surprised you're trying this one out. I haven't watched this one in so long either. I think I watched it twice because the second time I couldn't remember if I liked it LOL! I think I did but not sure if this one is for you Bris.....guess we'll see. There is a lot of action in it at least since he's in the military Special Forces so you might like those parts.

I would suggest watching Gyeongseong Creature next....it's a science fiction thriller set in the Japanese Occupation time period, starring Park Seo-joon (male lead from Itaewon Class) and Han So-hee (female lead from My Name). Curious to see what you think about it.

by the way the female lead is moon dongeun the lead from the glory, also this drama has 16 eps not 19, ep 17-19 are special eps such at behind the scenes they made due to high demand as the drama broke records, won numerous awards so the broadcast station made special eps w bts, scenes that didn't make the cut, etc.

Ok so it really not just me hahah. Bruh I literally had the same reaction as Bris during the whole hospital scene 🤦‍♀️😂. I swear I was annoyed like why did she suddenly mad n annoyed at him, the sudden slow motion and the unnecessary long eye contact like 🤨🤦‍♀️🤣 if you count how many time they play the music in each episode or whole series whenever the main leads are together bruh it will probably more than 50 to 100 idk lmaoo but yeah I just don’t get the vibe with this one but I only started because Jiwon is in it 😁😁 you don’t have to continue if you don’t want to

I like descendants of the sun, yeah it’s a little cringe in most moments lol but this was peak popularity back then but the plot is amazing once you look past that . It’s a pathway to old classics it’s not gonna be the same watching in 2024 because dramas these days are more fast paced, I understand but give it a chance lol 🤍 if you drop it halfway through I would understand that , atleast you gave it a shot 😊 Also I agree that era had some questionable plot lines this one is not far fetched from that but I don’t know if you just maybe looked over some of the dialogue so you missed some stuff lol like the reason she was mad 😂 that’s because they assumed “Big boss” main dude was the kid’s gang leader etc.

Yeah I think I get you with that to be honest cause I watched a lots of drama from 2016 to 2018 in like 2018 to 19 to 2020 and they were fine but when I rewatched them bruh I was what I watched this 🤔😂 but i agree they were the best back then but this is my first time watching this and it really not it. I feel like to me it just the main leads 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ character wise

I never watched Descendents of the Sun because of the feeling of being stuck on several episodes and feel the hardness of how the storyline takes long to be built. I watched Goblin, What's Wrong with Secretary Kim, Abyss, Crashing Landing on You, Strong Woman Bong Song, and others old k-dramas, and it was funny to watch early on my 20s... but lately, I struggle to watch 12+ episodes of any show/k-drama... That is why I never gave a chance to this k-drama. But I remember it was very popular back then. I will stick with whatever comes. I also never watched Uncanny Counter, so... not much opinion to offer on that. One K-drama I remember you mentioning in old reactions videos I watched is "Stranger"... Have you ever watched this one? If this is the one I am thinking of, I would like to see your reaction on this. I am enjoying your reaction on Business Proposal a lot; I believe you chose that one right!

Devil Judge!!!! DotS was that girl when it released. Everyone was going crazy (including me and my mother) Looking back, the cringe is so heavy! It also didn't really age well with or for the actors. The main lead had a relationship after the drama, got married, and then ended with a scandal. The male lead is not well liked now due to his actions with ending his marriage like he did. The female lead is the lead from The Glory. Love her now but she used to get on my nerves. I personally believe that the writers just either don't like women or just likes them unnecessarily unreasonable

I know this will be controversial and all. I love DOTS really, when I first watched it specially. But Terry let me tell you this is really cheesy. lol. But it is also funny. And again, It's good, but I know you'll have cringe moment watching this. But try it for more episodes. And see if you''ll continue it. And anyway, I am voting for UNCANNY COUNTER. Pleaseeeeee

I think Penthouse would be good to watch because it's a different genre. I think having two romance dramas going at the same time is great (I'm super excited you're watching Business Proposal btw), but the versatility Penthouse would give would be nice. It has the drama and mystery that DOTS misses. Don't get me wrong, I love DOTS too, but (like others have pointed out) it builds kind of slowly, and can feel like it's dragging at some points. Penthouse is kinda like Vincenzo in the sense that something is always going on and the plot is constantly moving....so basically...I vote Penthouse ◡̈
