To explain the male lead’s perspective at the end of the episode, basically all of that occurred back in 2008 before she even knew he existed and it happened before she even went back in time, like he fell in love at first sight when he gave her the parcel in 2008. So in 2024, when he sees her in the middle of the bridge with her wheelchair broken, he met his first love again after 10 years and after that phone call incident in episode 1, she became his fan never knowing he was ever her neighbour or that he was a student at the high school near her school. Ummm i can’t reveal much more than that, but lets say even the phone call in the beginning for the radio challenge, he might’ve recognised her voice… ooof i can’t spoil more than that but its necessary for me to say this so that u don’t get confused for the next episodes.

The star player you mentioned in this episode (who almost stole Ryu Sun Jae's underwear) is not the same star player from Ep 1. The star player in Ep 1 was Park Tae Hwan who played a cameo - he is an Olympic gold medalist.

Bris, I believe that she was just not paying attention to him back then, because she was into the other guy. That is why she "did not recognize" him later, when she became a fan. So that, now back in the past, she did not know he was living nearby this and that. This is what I think.
