yay! hope to see more Day6 on the channel too. If you're looking for some more rock/pop rock sounds I also recommend. The Rose - Baby and Dreamcatcher - You and I (they are a girlgroup and they also dance!)

Watch Exo lightsaber live and keep on dancing live!! Please

Please get to know Day6, they're actually hilarious and two members speak fluent English! The blonde is Jae (always in glasses, speaks English, lead guitar), the one with black hair is YoungK (also known as Brian, speaks English, plays bass), other guitarist is Sungjin (main vocal, looks a lot like Jungkook, leader), the drummer is Dowoon (super deep voice, maknae), and last but not least, Wonpil (unique tenor voice, plays keyboard and synth). There are "Get to Know" vids on YouTube!

I became a patreon specifically to watch this reaction. Please react to more of them. No shade at american bands but lately our musicians(drummers especially)have gotten lazy but Day6 never disappoints or takes the easy road. They're willing to play with different styles and change things up and take risks. They even went and walked around parks at night in the rain to record the sound of crickets for one of their songs(Jae actually has a vlog of them doing this on his youtube). There are thousands of clips of bugs chirping online but they wanted to make it all themselves. Dowoon, the drummer(and the youngest) is such a talented guy, they all are but his drumming style is very classic rock, where you do lots of different things throughout and don't just stick to the same beat the whole time. They play around with genres since they make all their own stuff, Young K the bass player writes a good chunk of their lyrics but they all help in music production. In the beginning when they first debuted JYP didn't really promote them much because they wanted to earn respect as a rock band on their own, they didn't want to be viewed as some mass produced kpop idol band who only gained popularity by being from one of the big 3 because that's not what they are. They aren't idols, they're musicians. Not saying there aren't idols who are musicians as well, but idol's still have to dance and smile and give fan service and fit certain molds or standards, and it's really hard for idols to be viewed as "artists" by the rest of the music industry if that makes sense. Day6 are really just like your american garage band who managed to make it big. It would be really cool if you checked out other korean bands/musicians. Hyukoh, is one of my absolute favorites. They aren't in the kpop genre at all, just a good old indie band. I suggest Wi ing Wi ing https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iGvkq0EcMKc (this is a live one but there's a mv for it too, I just wanted to show his live vocals haha). Also Comes & Goes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gMRHcmJ8yEU (again live but there's a MV) FTIsland is also a really good well respected band, you should check out I Pray and Take Me Now and Wind. Please explore more into the musician side of kpop/korean music! There are so many talented artists that kpop reactors/fans never pay any attention to and it's just sad

Jodie Gilbert

You should listen to Tian Di (And 6, and July... and Juice....) By Kris Wu! Tian Di and 6 are in chinese and July and Juice are in English
