I have had to defend people for simply saying ‘I don’t like that art’ because the bro got dogpiled for saying he just didn’t like it. No deeper thing than preference and taste, he wasn’t insulting my character or the art. Then the same people who were dog piling that little teen for having a very mild ‘I don’t like it’ opinion, joined a dogpile on me that was projecting sexuality onto myself (a asexual at the time) to do a moral smear of my character. over something I made over two years before after attending a dance class. -it’s baffling, you can’t have personal preference but ,ho boy, you better only smear people’s character that’s righteous. I’ve never seen you intentionally smear anyone or who made the game over it. I also think there’s too many humanoid designs in monster collection games especially Pokémon.

Tldr, they kinda just like dogpiling people in a drama mistaken as justice thing. kinda cathartic for the types who do human effigies. They project it onto everything so when you criticize something they like they think you’re trying to destroy it, & when it’s something they can gain points from they join in on it. It’s tiring as they have very short term memory
