I was so glad to see the 3 people casts are back. It really makes it feel fun and relaxed. Still my favorite podcast. The north vs magnetic north issue is that we use a correction to shift magnetic north into line with true north. If you use the correction while those two are equal, you would think you're going north when you may be going NW or NE. This can easily lead to going in circles and/or going off course.
