This came in so wonderfully handy today. Last week I said goodbye to an old friend who was in hospice. None of her family came to even see her 😥 Then we celebrated my hubster’s birthday but while walking up marble steps, my 94-year old Mom took a bad step so I put myself behind her and she fell into me and sprained her knee. But I broke a lot of her fall. But in 2 days my body felt like I was in a car accident. Went to Urgent Care and found out I had fractured a rib in the fall. I have 2 days of recording next week and I can’t even breathe deep to sing. I might try anyway. I surrender!!
