Update 45+46 (Patreon)

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 45 was won by Netherlands (level 7) so it will be done for this update.

In Update 44 will be added updated Italy.

• Italy - added level 7 (102 division) with dynamic promotion/relegation playoffs

This week is mostly about Italy, level 7 has astronomic 102 divisions, I checked all leagues and written down all missing teams which in "non-plus" version are just replaced with other teams from same region, each league has added their own schedule based on 2025/26 season, added are dynamic promotion/relegaiton playoffs, which means that if there is a certain difference in points between teams, there might be less teams in playoff or there will be none at all. All of this needs proper testing, the only problem is that simulating one season takes two hours, so because of that progress is kind of slower. If there will be enough time, there will be added "+" version with added missing teams.

In the meantime when the testing is running I'm working on preparing/adding more depth to Czech database, added is Czech/Czechoslovakian history to regional leagues (mostly just level 5, in some regions even level 6), added is club history to some teams in level 3, added new teams, in total there is lots of new changes and going in game through history/historical statistics it's starting to feel like reading history book (which I really like). But it still needs some work to be done, so it will take one more week.

In Update 45 will be added Netherlands and it's level 7 with period system, there again some crazy playoffs which I will try to replicate as close as possible. With Netherlands will be added some smaller "+" version (Bolivia, some nations from Central America) and some updated nations that I'm preparing for FM27 and maybe something for women's side.

Voting for Update 46 will have South Africa+ (level 3), Japan (level 6), Scotland+ (levels 7/8), Ecuador+ (level 3), Uruguay+ (adding OFI leagues)

As always thank you for your support and I wish you nice weekend :)
