Two small updates;

Rumble!: The math slash-command was hitting an issue with some security stuff I did for the Discord integration. It should be functioning again.

  • To that end, the WidgetBot.io issues seem to be resolved for the moment. So it looks like that integration is functioning again. (At least it was in my tests.)

Decked!: The Peek command would use the wrong card size if you were using non-standard sizes for your card faces. That should be resolved also.

Hello, First of all, I’m very sorry for the inconvenience. It seems that the custom card creation system may be broken. Even though I entered the image links correctly and the system appeared to accept both the image URLs and card information without any issues, the deck fails when it is created. Instead of displaying the cards properly, they become transparent red and show the following error message: "IMAGE UNAVAILABLE - CARD NETWORK ERROR MAY HAVE OCCURRED" Could you please let me know if this might be an issue on Owlbear’s side and whether there is any possible workaround? I apologize again for the trouble. I would really love to use this feature in my RPG campaign with my players, but unfortunately I have been unable to create my custom deck because of this problem. Additional information: I used images uploaded to my personal Pinterest folder. To obtain the image URLs, I copied the image link directly by right-clicking on the image rather than copying it from within the Pinterest app itself. Also, please excuse any mistakes in my writing. English is not my native language, so I used translation tools to help me communicate with your team. Thank you very much for your time and assistance. I look forward to hearing from you.

This is possibly a hot link issue. Some servers/hosts make it so you cannot freely use them as storage and link to images on their server. Usually when that happens, you see the network error because said host won't allow the image to show. One way to go around this would be to drag the images into Owlbear and save it to your account. Then you can point the card creator to use that image. It'll grab the URL from the image and then you can remove the image from the scene. Just don't remove it from your account and you'll be fine.
