Update to Flip! (Patreon)

There was a minor(?) bug introduced with the latest OBR changes that kept the name visible on the map when a bound token was flip.
This has been corrected!

Also the latest OBR update allowed me to correct an annoying deselect bug that's been around forever when flipping bound tokens. So yay to that.
