Lustiest Lair: Expanded - 2026 Roadmap (Patreon)

With the Workshop update well on its way to being complete, I thought I'd like to share my early thoughts on what 2026 might look like.

Nothing is set properly in stone, but I know that after I've finished with the Workshop I'd like to spend a lot more time going back through the original Lustiest Lair's content and completely overhauling / uprooting it from the bottom up so it meets LL:E's current standards.

This will include changes to the early game, so that new folks who are playing LL:E for the first time can see immediate gameplay changes. I noticed some folks were frustrated waiting for the 'good' parts to start, so I've decided to bring the good parts further forward!

Very excited for what the future holds for this mod. Ever since I found that teaser video of this mod I've been having a lot of fun playing it. Not a single regret in finding LLE and you have my support for the foreseeable future.

I remember you mentioned in a post awhile ago (March I believe?) about "The Moonlit Castle" and ended off that post with "I've what's coming after the workshop..." is that still the plan for 2.0? I fucking love werewolves!

Yeah, two actually. I found them on Rule34videos. The videos showcase the grab animations. I got curious so I started looking for the mod and that's how I got here.

Oh, 1.9 sounds like a pretty great idea! Much love to Halftilt for getting the project started with the original LL as we wouldn't be here without his project for you to take over on. But at the same time, there's a noticeable difference in scope and complexity between say the Diabolist or Stallion and your Crimson enemies. Always looking forward to seeing what you cook up!

To actually answer your question: It turns out creating an entire region is a lot of effort! I'd like to give myself a breather before such a massive undertaking again.

God... the stamina they'd have? I'll huff my abundant Copium supply and take that response as confirmation that there's a chance MC isn't gonna get dropped. In all seriousness, I've been playing games with mods for half a decade and I haven't seen higher quality work and dedication anywhere else, best of luck for the future!

Woo! Can't wait to try the Workshop when it fully launches! Wonder if we'll get more animations/grapples with those beasties in the Warrens in 1.9?~

Maybe I'm going to far but I was thinking for the next. If the objective for the futur is to create News areas with specific thematic why we don't base on the old monster from LLE. Because for the 1.9 you will remake old art and monster with it will a good idea to don't forget it and use it. And base on that we can possibly have : Ruin -> Unholy and ghost (with the workshop in coming). Ruin more religious thematic. Weald -> goblin and slime (Big part already, maybe some more ennemy goblin for the harder difficulty lvl and make a good slime girl for the slime ennemy 👀, the boss are done too) Coven -> parasite / best tentacle (we can create more ennemy for harder difficulty but we already have the boss) Warren -> werebest so werewolf to (maybe the most work because the onely ennemy we have is the horseman best). He can fit with the fantaisy idea. Adventage : -we don't forget them and the remake art style of the 1.9 is very usefull. -coherence for the LLE univers (maybe writers happy to ) -One part of the job it already done -it's possible to do the same with the crimson. How do you think about ? (Or I have to put these foolish ambitions to rest.)

I really wanna see the tentacles getting a touch-up, like some sort of Nest you can stumble into within the cove you have to burn out, and if you don't, they start to spawn more, maybe with buffs. Like, common, tentacles and dungoens is like a staple for hentai stuff. There's also the darkest Dungeon itself. What are the plans for that?
