All citizens of the Lands rejoiced for their Queen, as she had revealed to the realm that she was with child from the Elden Lord Godfrey. At last, the Golden Order would have its first trueborn heir.

And with the Queen's pregnancy came a period of isolation within her chambers; as such, Queen Marika remained in her chambers while Godfrey rode out to the North to confront reports of Giants in the frozen wastes.

And in doing so, he charged the Champion Radagon to defend the Queen at all costs. A duty that he performed with grace, even tending to the Queen's 'Cravings' like he already does.

Soon enough, the firstborn Demi-god would come to be, named Godwyn after his Lord Father. And within the same period, Radagon would take ward into his care, an infant of red hair like his, whom Marika blessed with the name Messmer, also legally naming him a son in her Golden line.

Thus, a rumor of most foul proportions came to be, as both infants grew into men. Men who share a resemblance to the champion.

The rumor being... Godfrey had no true heirs.
