(includes an additional POV in intimate scenes.)

Several months after the events of the first game, the story continues — this time from the husband’s perspective.

He has received a promotion and now leads a new psychiatric department. The job keeps him busy, leaving less time for the people around him.

After an unusual first week at the hospital, he and his wife Eva visit a family therapist to improve their relationship and find a better balance between work and personal life.

Meanwhile, life at the hospital goes on. Karin continues working as a nurse while studying, and Lana and Dean enroll in the hospital’s university program.

The mysterious M.S.C. program, once known for its “special care” for patients, has been quiet lately… but not for long.

Between work, relationships, and the strange atmosphere of the hospital, new situations — sometimes awkward, sometimes intimate — begin to unfold.

Thanks to the new hospital surveillance system, the Main Character now has the ability to watch what’s happening inside the hospital. He can observe Lana, Karin, Eva, and Raven in their most intimate and revealing moments.

Each of the girls crosses lines they’ve been avoiding, while the MC finds himself in the role of a silent witness — sometimes shocked, sometimes aroused.

Watch the events unfold, make your choices, and find out just how far the heroines are willing to go when they think no one is watching.

Hello，I think there are a bit too many female characters

10KI

I will focus more on the main characters (Eva, Lana, Karin).

Chris

Hey, I'm new here. Game has a lot of potential, very good FMC 3D model (the wife), sexy and hot but not a total bimbo looking moron lol. Mystery NTR/Cheating or NTS/Cuckold but he loses control over her is basically the only thing I'm interested. I hope for more BJs. Unacceptable that the FMC didn't have a BJ scene this update :D There's almost nothing more slutty, dirty and degrading than BJ/Swallow/Cumplay that show how much she craves it and is willing to do anything. So yeah, I'm being honest. I skip almost everything else. Way too many girls/side quests. Especially that one tattooed girl with 100 piercings that gave a HJ to that granpa. She's so ugly and uninteresting, my dick sued me for emotional distress.

10KI

Hey, thanks for the feedback! A little spoiler: version 0.3 is going to start off very hot, and blowjob will be there too. As for the secondary characters, they won't get nearly as much screen time as the main heroines (although I sometimes get a bit carried away with side characters). The main girls are Eva, Karin, and Lana. Raven, by the way, seems to be quite popular with a lot of players. I've updated her appearance a bit (you might like the new look more — there are some images in the latest posts), but she's not a main heroine, so she won't have a major role in future versions of the visual novel.

Yeah, mate, same thing. Skipped all part of the second game. Too much dialogues and no action . No hot stuff There were 2 main characters: Karin and Eva. And no one had a decent scene. And especially with bbc. Disappointed. I wanted to ask for money back, but decided not to do so, cause the first game was really amazing and balanced The only good thing I have to say. Eva became more sexy

10KI

Thanks for the feedback. With each new version the explicit content becomes more intense and depraved. In version 0.2 both Karin and Eva are slowly opening up more, but it’s tied to the story and their character development. If you skipped through the dialogues, it probably felt like there wasn’t much going on. If you’re mainly looking for sex scenes, they will keep getting more explicit and frequent in future updates.

Globel

Nice update. Hope to see gangbangs or orgies soon

Johan Boro

Hy, brother all over story excellent and the story, but the text were should be little bigger - sex voice has to be combined exactly with pictures .

10KI

Coming soon :)

10KI

Well, enlarging the text isn't a problem. Sounds are more complicated. I'll try to find technical solutions that won't take too much time.

BandagedEmigre

BandagedEmigre

I want season 1 story continue but ur season 2 where story go i want continue season 1

10KI

I don’t understand the question, the story is already a continuation of part 1.

BandagedEmigre

Beggar, shoting spot, clean story where that only I ask

10KI

Well, these are scenes from the first part and some of them will be continued in the second and there are hints of this in versions 0.1 and 0.2, but it will be gradual.
