Medical Special Care 2 – Version 0.3 Development Update

Hey everyone,

First of all, thank you for the feedback on Version 0.2. I’m glad a lot of you enjoyed it.

I’ve already started working on Version 0.3 and want to release it as soon as possible. While preparing the next update, I decided to refresh some of the character models — mainly through makeup and new outfits. These aren’t major changes, but they should make the characters feel a bit more alive and distinct.

Here’s a quick breakdown of what I’ve changed:

Eva — added more defined eyelashes and slightly more expressive eyebrows. She also got a small wardrobe update.

Julia — received similar changes, adjusted to fit her style.

Lana — new outfits and I removed her lenses. This makes her eyes more expressive and fits her character better as the youngest heroine.

Mia — the most noticeable update. New makeup and hairstyle. I wanted her to look more polished and confident, like she actually went to a salon.

Madison — light makeup adjustments.

Raven — leaned more into her goth aesthetic. New eyeliner, lipstick, and a tattoo addition to strengthen her overall look.

Lily — subtle makeup update and removed lenses. I kept it natural, since heavy makeup wouldn’t really suit her.

Karin — I spent the most time on her. After testing several options, I ended up keeping her original makeup. The blue eyeliner didn’t feel quite right, so I decided the classic look works better for her.

Overall, these are mostly visual refinements rather than big redesigns. I want the characters to evolve naturally as the story progresses.

Version 0.3 is already in development, and I’ll keep you updated on the progress.

Which changes do you like the most so far? And do you have any thoughts on Karin’s look?

With all due respect, Tenki did not understand that you say that whoever pays $10 has the full game, but also that whoever pays $50 has additional content. You are proving me right, and not just for me, but for several people: the game is incomplete because, for some reason, you wanted to add scenes that were not planned, since at that moment they were already part of the game. There is nothing more annoying than reading a story with gaps, because this is not the same as a comic like in the first one, it is a scene or an animation that gives the character a development and his story I do not tell you all this as a hater, I tell you as a fan who loves your game and I want your game to grow and prosper, but this is not the right way.

I’d like to say that the update is good. The latest version of the game is finally starting to add some content. But this version has both pros and cons. Most of all, I want to say that the author added AI animation to the game — and it’s actually decent. In the scenes, you can now see how the robe, panties, and other pieces of clothing are taken off. The sexual content in the game gives it a special flair, and it really brings the game to life. It’ll add a nice touch of spice and make the game feel more lively and natural. :)

Author, you could make a blue path where the MC either has a harem and all his girls are his, or a half-and-half path where he shares his girls with other guys, which would be cool. And the second branch would be for you to continue with the red branch and NTR, where he just watches, and the blue path would be like this.

Thanks for the feedback. The main story is complete for everyone. The additional scenes in God Mod are extra content, not required parts of the main plot or character development. This is a pretty common practice in adult games — those who support the project more get some bonus scenes. I understand that some people would like to have access to everything, but that’s the point of higher tiers.

Also, just to clarify: there was no AI animation in this update (or in previous ones). All animations were made manually, as usual. Glad you liked the update though:)

Thanks for the suggestion. This game isn’t really a harem story. The main focus is on the female characters (Eva, Karin, and Lana) and their personal development and sexual experiences. In the Blue path, the MC has different preferences — he’s more into sharing and watching rather than keeping all the girls exclusively for himself. So while the relationships become closer and more intimate, they usually develop in a different direction than a classic harem.

Well, then, in the blue route, as you said, it would be great if the MC could build relationships with them, share experiences with other guys, and observe what’s going on between them. I have a question about one character: Lana — has she already been intimate, or is she still a virgin (both anally and vaginally)? Her backside, anus, and vagina look like those of a virgin, and the scene by the pool seems to hint that she’s doing it for the first time. Karen and Lana are my two favourite characters—I’d love to see more content with them.

Of course, I’d also like the game to have a Russian language option with an AI‑powered translation. If you’re planning to add it, I’d be happy to help in any way I can. Another thing: the text in the game is too small — it hurts my eyes to read. Could you please add a text size adjuster in the settings? I’d also love to see more content and find out what happens next, especially a red route with NTR. One more question: I’d like the MC to be the one who decides whether the girls stay with the guy and whether to continue their relationships or not.
