Maddi Vice | New Visual Novel (Patreon)

Maddi Vice is a spin-off visual novel dedicated to Madison, one of the characters from Medical Special Care. In this first version the focus completely shifts to her.

Version 0.1 is built as an introduction to Maddi as the main heroine. You will learn more about who she is, how she thinks, and what kind of person she has become. The update explores her personality, her attitude toward people around her, and the way she approaches relationships and power.

The story of version 0.1 shows the beginning of her personal path. You will see her current situation, the environment she finds herself in, and the first steps she takes in creating her own “games.” This version is meant to establish the foundation of her character and set the tone for everything that will follow in future updates.

Expect a more personal and intimate perspective centered entirely on Maddi, her desires, her manipulations, and the choices that start defining her story.

From the description, you can already get a rough idea of what the story will be about. The events of both novels will take place around the same time, and characters from Medical Special Care will also appear in Maddi Vice.

I’ve noticed that sometimes I want to shift focus away from the main characters of Medical Special Care toward secondary ones. However, most of the time people prefer following the main heroines, who are better developed and more interesting to watch. That’s why in Medical Special Care I will stay more focused on Eva, Karin, and Lana, while in Maddi Vice the attention will be on Maddison and the characters around her.

This is something of an experiment, and I’d really like to hear your thoughts and any wishes you might have.

The first version will be available to all subscription tiers (roughly the same way as a regular release). I’m planning to release it first for God Mode, Sheikh Mode, and Professional Mode, and then for the rest.

If the story is well received, I’ll continue developing it in parallel with the main game. I might introduce a separate subscription option for Maddi Vice or keep shared access for both novels — I haven’t decided yet.

For now, I’m mainly interested in your opinion about the upcoming story.
