Red Path or Blue Path | I need your opinion (Patreon)

In Medical Special Care I split NTR into two clearly different routes:

Red Path — Netorare

Blue Path — Netorase (Hotwife / consensual sharing)

These paths are chosen strictly at the beginning of Part 2. They cannot exist in parallel, because the logic and psychology behind them are completely different. A points system wouldn’t make sense here — either the husband and wife share the same fetish and explore it together, or the wife starts cheating because something is missing in the relationship.

I want to know what you prefer:

Which path do you enjoy more?

Red Path (Netorare)

About the way I make the scenes: Right now I create mostly shared scenes for both paths and only change the context, some dialogue, and the ending. This lets me make each scene more detailed and polished.

The other approach (like in the first game) is to make completely different key scenes for Red and Blue. This gives more variety, but means either fewer scenes, less detailed scenes, or less content overall in a version if you follow only one path.
