It's funny this episode comes after me watching your onegairu reactions, with the "do everything by myself" theme. I guess the problem comes in the double meaning. If "I have to be able to do everything myself" means not allowing help or other ideas, that's wrong and destructive. But it is true that a boss has to be able to, if nobody else is available, do everything. It's more like you need to be able to do everything, but you should try not to It's like a manager needs to know how to do other people's jobs in a push, but they obviously still have other people do those jobs. So it's based on how you take it.

I love how Komari didn't stutter in her last few sentences.

Instead of Nukumizu trying to tell Komari that she couldn't do it, he should've been helping her to try and get through it. Yes, you need to be able to accept help when you need it, but Komari wanted to do this herself, but instead of encouraging her and offering support, Nukumizu made the situation more difficult for her, by constantly repeating that she couldn't do it. Thankfully, things turned out okay despite Nukumizu massively effing up.
