Hi ragest! This is pretty infuriating, they really trying to take away his dreams because he made a couple little mistakes. Yeesh. I'm right there with you on the copium, really hope they bring it back around next episode. If things are still fucked, that would be a hell of a place to end the season lol. Ya know, I kinda thought there for a bit his core mistake was trying to make a replacement using new sunflowers instead of the ones they picked out together (since he used them all), taking away that special connection with the accessory. But no matter what, they didn't deserve to be treated like this by the so called adults. Ug. As you said, they stuck him with the arbitrary time limit anyway, so it's not like he had much of a choice.
