Omg if you think you are addicted now, just wait till the pretty derby beginning of a new ear movie, that’s where they got me to sell my soul to our UMA queen Tachyon. I will be anxiously waiting for you to get there. One of us!!

ONE OF US! ONE OF US! "I don't know how Suzuka's career goes" You have had multiple races to say that, why this one? "The atmosphere is dead" Please don't "Good, we don't have to put her down" That is a good thing about a horse girl, they heal. They say he was probably running faster than his body could handle, and that he possibly did the most damage trying to not crash at 70-odd kph (45-ish mph) and that saved his jockey.

So yeah, everything from Suzuka here on out is anime original. No worries about spoilers. The real story isn't as happy, so it's up to you . Just to warn you, ep 13 has a time skip at the beginning and spe chan writes to her mom. There's a major spoiler segment from 00:56 seconds to 01:13 . Everything else is good to watch, but that little bit is a bad spoiler. It's a shame king halo was born in an era packed with legends. Good race horse, but finished second and third a lot. It's hard to truly do the Japan cup properly in the show, which is why they skip a few of them. It's an international event, but cygames does not have license for international racers. So they have to create stand ins. And so they only really adapted one properly, I think. And even that used lots of one time horses never to be seen again lol. Grass wonder is great.

and Suzuka also saved the other horses by not crashing if he fell then everyone behind him would of crashed and it would of ended in complete catastrophe. rip Suzuka

Halfway through the reaction rn and had a couple things I wanted to share lol - The IRL Silence Suzuka died during that Tenno Sho, so the rest of the uma version's story is completely original, like another comment said. - A lot of these horses raced in completely separate time periods to each other (like Teio and McQueen racing in the early 90s and Gold Ship racing in the early to mid 2010s), so some of these race lineups are anachronistic - Don't question the aging of the umas or why they're still hanging around at the school after retiring lol it's completely nonsensical. Rudolf is always gonna be the student council president no matter what point in the timeline you're at - Also, I got the IRL relationship between Teio and Rudolf wrong in one of my previous comments. Rudolf is Teio's father, not grandfather

Okay, I'm done now so time for more points - The yuri is a lot stronger in later seasons from what I've heard, especially in season 2 - The Dream Series / Winter Dream Trophy comes up every now and then, and it's completely made up for the series. It's mostly just a tool they use to get a bunch of recognizable names to race each other lol
