Might be my favorite episode of the show, really hoping Amo is going to join the group and that will help her develop. She's already begun developing now that she's really confronting those awful realities that she tried so hard to bury.

will say to see it animated was awful but they kinda cleaned it up for the anime thank god because the manga is so graphic but love how they animated it.

This is one of the most ... Off-putting but tasteful ways I've ever seen grooming displayed. And the implication at the end that his giver powers were basically making her not "feel anything" sickens me to my core.

Yeah that was a great point on the crayon art style while he was convincing her that she was in love with him - showing her state of mind is still very childlike. I like when different art styles are used to show something, and this was a strong example. I think you're right about the using your own name thing - remember in Dangers season 2 episode 2 I think when Anna referred to herself as such when talking to her mom, then told Kyou that she's an adult now, and he said something about an adult that refers to herself by name at home - does seem to be more of a childlike thing. Whew what an episode, great reaction and discussion!

also amo is estimated to be the same age as rudo (15) so she's still a child, she deserves sm love ☹️
