Forgot if anyone already mentioned, but her IRL counterpart is named "Soccer Boy" and is an uncle to Stay Gold. 30:04 - Yeah that is weird wording. From listening closely, I think in Japanese she says 「 私が戦うべきなのは、誰でもない 」 which is smoothed into English as "Who do I want to surpass, nobody else". The way I infer this, Oguri is saying there is no one else worthy to beat except for herself. So maybe they could have translated it as "There is nobody else I should beat (except for myself)". So yeah, you can look at it like she's going to make herself so good that she beats everyone including her current self.

that little quip about Tamamo and the Apples is a in-universe translation of the fact that the Real Tamamo Cross had some dietary issues and was always a light eater, a problem that got even worse after the Japan Cup. so much so that the Horse refused his feed entirely and had to be fed on a Liquid diet out of concern. Dicta Striker, real name Soccer Boy had the Nickname "Bullet Shot" or "Chestnut Bullet" for his explosive last spurts translated into CinGrey by the sparks and literal Gunshot sound when Dicta goes off during the mock race with Oguri (man that would be cool for her Ult ingame)
