This season is off to a HORNY start lmao

Also yours truly made a mistake while recording the overlay that typically goes on Patreon uploads so for this one it won't be there. Will be fixed for the next one though!

You have three Ishinomori ref in this episode in a way. Ishinomori was a manga artist know for creating Kamen Rider and Super Sentai (Power Ranger). 1 : when Koyomi jump with his bike we heard the classic sound used when Kamen Riders jumped with their bikes. 2 - Karen cool description of herself is taken direcly from Dekamaster, one of the characher from the super sentai show Dekaranger, that served as base for Power Ranger SPD. 3 - Kanbaru talk about "accelerator" and Koyomi reply "are you a cyborg" is a ref to Cyborg 009, one of the most well know manga of Ishinomori about a group of cyborgs with power, where the main protag have "accelerator". They all have a long yellow scarf too, just like Kanbaru here. Also, on another note, i said sometimes ago that Senjogahara could be compared to a crab and that might work for all the girls, now you see for Nadeko. Just like the snake in the bible, she is a temptress (while also being the forbidden fruit). But you haven't seen the last of her ^^.

The answer to Kanbaru's question about how many girls Araragi would have to marry is at least two, given Senjougahara's walk from the shower in part 2 of "Hitagi Crab." Meanwhile, the previews don't always contain foreshadowing, but this episode does explain why the preview at the end of last episode had Nadeko talking about creating a kanji for Twister. Looking forward to the next one!

I wanna clarify that this entry's low rating you mentioned last episode is almost entirely because of how sexual it is compared to the rest. In terms of theming it's as great as any other monogatari imo.
