The comedy is surprisingly really amazing lol. NOTHING is going how Tanya wants it to and that's thanks to the pettiest god I've ever seen lmao

I love this series so much, it’s just so funny to see Tanya try so hard to not be in the frontlines just to be god willed to it, hope to see more in the future

How cool, I just started a rewatch this weekend. Amazing reaction - thank you! I love how much you're enjoying it already.

59:31 Is a quote by Benito Mussolini an Italian politician and dictator who led Italy. He founded fascism in 1919 with the creation of the Fasci Italiani di Combattimento, which became the National Fascist Party in 1921. Mussolini was appointed Prime Minister of Italy after the March on Rome in 1922, establishing a totalitarian dictatorship. He oversaw Italy's participation in World War II as a prominent member of the Axis Powers.

Tanya unwillingly became the definition of a famous proverb "God gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers" because of Being X.

Btw. This has the same sound designer as Fire Force, Yasumasa Koyama. So yeah prepare for some more crazy sound effects. Especially in the movie and final few episodes. :)

Most likely Tanya was referencing Joseph Goebbels' quote: "Propaganda works best when those who are being manipulated are confident they are acting on their own free will." Minister of Propaganda for Nazi Germany btw. Not the exact quote but its similar enough and has been translated from German to English to Japanese and then back to English for the subtitles. Or another quote that i forget from Benitto Mussolini could also be. Both work for the context tho
