I started reading ReZero just to deal with this break. I'm almost up to this point in the web novel.

I genuinely believe episode 6-11 of this season is the best run of episodes I’ve seen from an anime in a long fucking time

Helena

I might be wrong but wouldn’t the shapeshifting archbishop be referring to cappella?

smth positive_

What an Episode, I would be lying if I said expectations weren’t through the roof but they still got exceeded. Directing, Animation, Voice Acting & OST were all on point and ending with the Stxy Helix piano version form S1 into the Stay Alive Remix was just the cherry on top. Massive thanks to White Fox, The Voice Actors & all the other Staff that pun in the work to make Part 1 of Season 4 (ironically) as memorable as it was Appreciate you going back to the 2nd stair death even though you said you didn’t want to by yourself haha The book of the dead theory is very interesting and terrifying at the same time. It’d probably work like isekai baby’s. Kinda random but always wondered what happened with the original consciousness and where it goes lol Funny you summed up the Episode. Subaru ran through the tower at different stopping points and had to face what he’s already known. These are great people doing their best who all love him so the thought of them loving him while being so great is even more painful than what he’s been trying to tell himself which is that they don’t In this particular case I think Ram was talking about Capella when talking about the Shape Shifting Sin archbishop since for Rui it can only be inferred but no one present actually straight up saw her transform from that Jojo‘s character into her Loli form I think Rui is on no ones radar right now coming out of Priestella Yeah while cold I think Ram is being rational for the most part & it is understandable why she’s behaving the way she is & where she’s coming from. Now, is it always the greatest & nicest thing to do, especially to an amnesiac Subaru? No. But I think no one knows how they’d act in the position of any of our characters Interesting it’s been pointed out Rui probably got the idea form when Subaru wrote a bunch of encouraging messages into Echidnas tomb to cheer her up before her trial back in Season 2 since she got access to that memory Subaru even with the little devil Meili on his shoulder tormenting him can’t help but to do the most Subaru thing to do & call out to Julius to warn him I also don’t think it makes much of a difference who is in Subaru that killed her. It’s still who she saw in her last breaths & who seemingly betrayed her trust by breaking the promise they made in the library Another legendary Subaru crashout! Yusuke Kobayashi is just something else, he IS Subaru to me. His performance just does something to me every time. Also insane how much he sound like Arc 3 Subaru 10 years later he was still able to recapture that magic It hits even harder when you know Subaru is canonically atheist yet he still got to the point of begging god for forgiveness for not appreciating the parents that loved him dearly and wished to disappear form them Julius entrusting Anastasia/Echidna to him also might be the first time to him anyone has put their faith into him since he woke up in the tower so he cannot help but act upon it bc the Subaru everyone is talking about now still started form Newbaru who also has it within him to be that kind of person evidently Echidna also knew about the distortion in space causing the same time which probably only a few individuals know / knew if they’re even alive still. Otherwise it’d probably relatively easily to at least make it into sniping range Funny how death might not even be the worst trauma in the tower for Newbaru but Re:Experiencing the pain of feeling like he’s not living up to people that love him but on a completely unprecedented scale Subaru is such a interesting and real character because it is hard if you don’t believe you have any good within you for others to point out all your great qualities to the point you have to believe they must be talking about someone else because surely it can’t be you. The you that you know best and despise with every fiber of your being Bro asked fiction can get any better than this just before fiction got better than this ✋😌🤚 Quite the leap into action Subaru, who’s hesitating now? I’m so glad I stayed up for this so I could get emo with you in peace. My sis fell asleep like 2 hours ago lmao THATS OUR F*ING MC. NATSUKI SUBARU!!! 🗣️🗣️🗣️ The purple space kinda looks like when the EMT broke the distortion in the sand time & they fell down into the cave at the end of Ep2 this Season I can’t put in words how happy I am that I’ve found your channel. I love the way you react, analyze things & how genuine your reactions are. I have lots of irl & anime friends who just won’t pick up Re:ZERO or dropped it at various points & it really sucks. Being able to watch someone so invested in the show & actually interact with my comments / what I have to add as well makes me unbelievably happy haha Much love my guy, you deserve all the glaze, views & likes. Until Part 2 in 2 Months! Also deleted and rewrote the comment so YouTube might not show it. F lmao

my head cannon for why satella showed up was cause Subaru was doubting himself and thinking about how he doesn't love himself when in season 2 satella had told Subaru to love himself during the tea party.

crazizzle85

I can't help myself from feeling Satella gave that moment with Emilia to Subaru. All of that black miasma around and nothing happens. That's just my theory, but we know Subaru wants to save Satella too. She's not the bad guy, ultimately.
