OH yeah 40:05 youre right, phones manufactured/sold in both Japan and Korea legally have to have their camera shutter sound unmutable at a hardware level as to prevent upskirt shots by perverts on trains, even if you put the phone on silent. Its a much needed mandate, but I can sadly imagine the sheer number of cases it had to reach for it to become a legal standard over there :/ yikes
