The war started with the Entente Alliance crossing the Empires borders (episode 2). The Empire responded by fighting back because they illegally crossed into Imperial territory with an army. And War was declared. The Republic joined the war because they were allied with the Entente Alliance and they wanted war with the Empire and thought a 2 front war would be their best chance at winning. The after the Empire won against both the Federation and the Allied Kingdom both declared war on the Empire fearing a continental hegemon and not wanting the Empire to basically become the new rulers of Europe

Not only does Tanya want to rest when talking to Rerugen and Ugar but they are also drinking her precious limited supply of coffee and complimenting the coffee "ah this coffee is so good" pissing her off😂

Is this the beginning of the end of a friendship? Them showing how close Rudersdorf and Zettour have been since decades before in the last episode and now they clash at this crucial moment in the war. Is this the start of a rift between the two of them? Zettour the ever Logical thinker and Rudersdorf the Emotional warmonger. Man I love this season so much already. I love the focus on other Imperials and not just Tanya. Idk if this theory is true or not im just speculating btw
