Well scratch what I said about figuring out the finale, at least the first part. Shizukas serious arc airing keeps the seasonal streak going with the first 3 girls. Her crying image in the ed makes more sense now. Why this arc wasn't Predicted by almost anyone in the reddit was because this was chapter 134, 50 chapters after Kishika! At that point, we were at 24 girlfriends! So yeah they sped through and after deliberation, picked her serious arc. Excellent. :)

Totally agree with you about the pain of skipped chapters. From the ten skipped, 2 included the bond between Hakari-Yamame and Chiyo-Naddy. As well as an adult Kusuri also bonding with Chiyo. It makes you think that 5 gfs would've been good enough to squeeze these 3 chapters into this season, but we can't have everything. They do tell us to read the manga. O well

This is the most insane chapter rearrangement yet. The last chapter we saw was chapter 83. Shizuka’s chapter was 134. This would be season 5 content. Not complaining btw this is one of the best chapter in the manga and is fairly contained to Shizuka, Nano and Rentaro. Anyways the Hahari chapter was one of the skipped chapters and also great for her development. Solo dates are some of the best chapters but I feel like they’re more likely to be cut as they only focus on one character vs group chapters. I hope they slow down next season because all 5 gf’s next season are in my current top 10. And the next season should include the other debated best chapter in the entire manga.

this episode was fucking amazing btw surely season 4 would revisit the skipped single/duo GF focus chapters since they already got the "litmus test" GFs into the mix, here's hoping sato hikaru and co. at bibury would figure something out

If we get a season 4 then following the current finale structure they'll give a serious Nano episode then. I also hope we somewhat loop back around some of the other chapters for the single GF date chapters or the just GFs hanging out ones.

Yeah and I thought we're going to see this peak segment of Shizuka, Nano, Rentaro and Shizuka's mother in maybe S5, but I guess not lmao. This episode was incredibly good, both the Hakari focused and Shizuka focused chapters were one of my favorite ones, with Shizuka's probably being very easily top 3 out of the whole Manga so far. Wouldn't even lie if I said it's probably either my favorite chapter or 2nd favorite
