This was such a tough episode to watch in all the best ways. I still remember the sick feeling I got in my stomach reading the novel, like I legit had to put it down and walk away for a bit. Also, I think it's interesting that what motivates Oldeus to attempt his time travel spell isn't "I can save Sylphie, Roxy, and everyone else" but is instead "I can get back at the Man God". It really shows how true Ghislaine's last words to him are, he's changed completely.
