In just one episode they somehow made me hate both Sagami and Haru way more than I thought I would lol

I've been loving your reactions of the series. Haruno is a very complex character you may not fully understand what she says and does for a while for me she eventually became my second favorite character in the series. BTW the Liason thing you commented on in the episode that was a title not someone's name that's why the subtitles weren't the same as what Sagami said.

Since I don't believe it's explained or will be discussed in future episodes, here is something you maybe missed : if I am mistaken maybe someone here can correct me but I think near the end of the episode, when Hachiman was doing his speech where he seemed awkward, it was an act to appear as a "selfish" guy complaining in a terrible way about how he has way too much work to do to which "forced" Yukino to review the workload of everyone and her's as well. She also probably felt bad about Hachiman having to do this acting which made him seems like a bad guy in front of others once again, just to try to give Yukino a reason to accept to lessen her own workload, hence the reason why she apologised. Great reaction !
