Genuinely can't believe the subtitle is scuffed that badly. Nearly threw off the entire point of their conversation. You'll see what I mean when you get to that point in the reaction lol.

Amazing episode despite that, a lot of introspection going on with Hikigaya right now.  And I think that's about to hit a peak after this conversation with Yukino. Where he was forced to eat his contradictory words from earlier in the season.

I really wonder how Hikigaya is going to grow next.

Fortunately I had different subtitles for this show, that screw up is absolutely ridiculous. Excited for your reaction to the next episode.

I was genuinely pissed off lol, if my reaction didn't show that enough as is. XD I feel like I missed the chance to have a really good reaction and instead I just brushed over the line with nothing because the meaning was basically gone in the translation lol

Glad you actually found the correct subs for that scene, cause yeah it turns it from a comment about him tiring out (from something kinda non-descript) to her making the callback that he and her had made about how hayamas and tsurumi's group couldn't be that well knit and strong if a simple trivial matter or event can bring it crashing down. Another great reaction as always. Oh guess i should add just incase you missed it, in that drawn out scene with hachiman and iroha walking across the crosswalk, hachiman still grabs the bag from iroha in the end anyway, which is a neat little character detail for both hachiman and iroha. All i say is Iroha is one of my and many others favourite female character in this series. I wont elaborate more than that.

Yeah I don't know what happened but before a few episodes ago I found your subtitles to be pretty pristine but since a few episode even more than those bits I pointed out there were other mistranslations, this one is the biggest though damn. Great reaction and thanks for reaching for better translation.

Hey, concerning the subtitles, I don't know if you've already watched the next episode (I imagine not because of the recent poll you made), but I think there's one particular line from the subs that the site you're watching on uses that isn't anywhere near as badly botched as the one in this episode, but is still a lot more cryptic to understand than I think the more commonly used subtitles makes it and it's a pretty important line. If you want I could send you a different site that has the more commonly used subs instead, I think it'd probably be better for your enjoyment of the show.

I’d really appreciate that, even if it’s not as bad I’d prefer to not be scratching my head over a confusing subtitle again lol

Should I send it to you on discord or per patreon private messaging? I don't know if it'd be so good to send a link like that in the comments here lol

I totally didn’t catch that no, not sure how I didn’t lol. But yeah Iroha is also quickly becoming one of my favorite characters. It just feels like there’s so much to her under the surface that we don’t fully know about

35:46 That change of behavour from Orimoto s simple. When you see guy you rejected swarmed by girl like Haruno,Isshiki,Yukino Yui that are above her in every aspect she naturally will change her treatment for him.
