I dont understand what you mean by "back from her parents house". She went home. She lives with her parents. You know, the place that haruno also lived in while attending the same school they are attending right now. Also, they had some days off because of the entrance exams for the middle schoolers.

So here was my thought process, in my mind, her parents live far away from the school they're at. And that's why Yukino was living alone, that and she just didn't want to live with them. So in my mind, just generally speaking, I had assumed her going to "live at home" would mean missing school time because they live far away. But the idea of her parents living far away as an assumption I made myself, so I am incorrect there. But that's where that thought process comes from, hope that makes sense.
