Announcement (Story Build 1.2) (Patreon)

Hi everyone!

I’m really excited and can’t wait to release Story Build 1.2 by the end of this month! This is a truly major update that will fully conclude Demo Part 2 and fully immerse you in Mia’s world and everything she’s going through.

Inside Development

Work on the script for this part took about a year. I rewrote it many times, and each iteration made it stronger and more engaging.It was important to have a clear vision of all future episodes and their events, so that this part already contains fragments of what’s coming next, especially Mia’s personal transformation.

Some final adjustments had to be made at the end of last month, which also contributed to a slight delay. In addition to that, I needed to complete all the key characters (along with their outfits) who play important roles in this episode. Their designs evolved throughout the entire pre-production phase (about six months), until I reached the exact facial features and visual identity each of them needed.

The good news is that we now have the full cast for upcoming episodes, which means future releases will have at least twice shorter production cycles.

A lot of time and attention also went into adding voice acting — making sure the voices fit the characters, with the right tone and emotional delivery. The final lines are being recorded and completed this week, and starting next week we’ll move into final polishing, playtesting, and bug fixing.
