This game has an interesting history. I believe they had a significant change in terms of art direction and general story within a few years of the release that saw a rehaul of the graphics engine and the trailers that came with it. It is profitable from my understanding but has something of a niche playerbase and as such has slowly sunk lower and lower on Ubisofts priority list as the studio faces other financial woes.

I can see this game being exactly that. It's got a great premise though. What's the campaign like, do you know?

I find the campaign to be fun. It generally sets the background and reasoning for the war between the trio of the main factions. It is a serviceable and enjoyable experience, that being said it often feels like the campaign is generally used as a tutorial for the multiplayer, as you play through each faction and individual hero during the various missions. The campaign was also never updated since the games release, and as such only features heros that were in the game at launch.
