My face says it all! This is the part you've clearly all been waiting for and oh boy, I did not see that coming. To be honest with you, I didn't see a lot of this video coming.

This is very much up there if not, the best part we've covered so far on the channel... Doesn't mean I'm happy though. Since recording this video, I've calmed down :D!

I think that what i loved most was how they presented Arthur's destiny vs John's. Because with RDR1 you get this shock of an ending for a character that you thought he was going to finally be ok, but here you get from before a death sentence for Arthur, so you know he is going to die no matter what and the plot and way of playing the missions are more oriented on what kind of man he will be while he is deteriorating slowly but surely. You actually get a lot of side missions near the end to end some side stories of some characters you have met through the game and you get to decide on which terms are you parting ways with them. I can already predict that you will definetely tear up before the end just knowing that all will end

aw man, they cut out the ride back to shady bell. it's such a great moment and the song that plays is incredible, it really just gives you a chance to sit back and reflect on everything that's happened. must've been cut for copyright, but i highly recommend seeing if you can find the scene somewhere else

I think that the player is past the point where he could get the "good" ending. Unless he cheats or just edits it in. Could be wrong though.

oh no they cut out the ride back to shady belle, its genuinely one of the best moment in the game. Hopefully you'll get to experience it yourself when you play the game

I really hope whoever was playing this starts to go high honor soon instead of what they’ve been doing, high honor ending is so much better. Also pissed off that they cut out the song section that plays when Arthur gets back from guarma it’s such a cool moment

There are lots of small camp interactions between characters that the video dosnt show, and the conflict between Dutch and Molly (the snitch) happens majority in those scenes. So the reason it didn't hit that much is bc alot of the context wasnt in the video

Skimmed the video and it looks like the whole playthrough has been spliced with high and low honor missions, however the ending looks to be the high honor one thankfully

Watching you react to this made me realise that there was no time to stop and take in what just happened, to grieve for Hosea and Lenny like we did for Sean and Kieran, it's just one thing after another. I did not catch this when playing it and the thing with Arthur when he was beating Mr. Downes, I had a feeling that him coughing right into Arthur's face was going to come back and bite us, I just didn't know how exactly. Love your reactions, my occupation has nothing to do with filming but it's nice to learn new things so thank you.

You’re right about how much time there is between these big plot moments, there’s usually multiple hours of gameplay and exploration between each one! Guarma for example usually lasts like 2-3 hours when you’re actually playing. It’s a lot more spaced out when you’re actually playing and totally up to the player how much time they want to spend doing their own thing before hitting up the next mission

As an example of the painstaking attention to detail in this game, you can find the gravesites of all the gang members who die. They deliver these throw away lines about robbing the morgue and burying Lenny with Hosea and you just think nothing of it, then you happen upon the site and its a gut punch all over again. LENNY!!!!

Another fan theory I’ve always liked is that Dutch’s head injury during the trolley escape from Saint Denis causes brain damage and hastens his mental decline. It kind of tracks for me.

Mrs Downes is the wife of the debtor, Thomas Downes who died. And where Arthur contracted TB when he spat in his mouth, also the reasoning for the unsettling soundtrack around that family as its a BIG mission for the game as u no doubt by now notice, its told so so incredibly well. And if you go back or when you play the game, he coughs very subtly in cutscenes or just in general after that Downes mission, but Guarma i believe is what progressed it so much into Chapter 6, with all the events and stress of weather changes and jumping into the ocean obviously. Let red dead depression commence, its gonna be a struggle to watch the rest for all of us even for the rest of us after playing it already, this chapter does not get any easier to rewatch, really looking forward to ur reaction though

Shame they didn't show Arthur's ride back to camp when he returns from Guarma. Great music throughout that segment makes it very iconic and sets a new tone for the chapter. Maybe they are avoiding copyright.

The thing is, this playthrough only has the MAIN missions and only a couple of sidequests, while the game has much more quests, content, dialogues and interactions you're missing out and are worth experiencing.
