Update and Christmas Specials? (Patreon)

Hi guys, just a little update for you and I’ve got a question for you when it comes to Christmas Specials.

I’ve been flat out with freelancing jobs this week including a 5:45 am pickup tomorrow for a shoot, YUCK 🤮… Meaning, I’ve not had much time to edit this week and If I’m being honest, I’ve recorded nothing either but don’t worry, content is coming!

Frankenstein 2025 dropped today, I hope you enjoy it!

Detroit Become Human part II was meant to be tomorrow but due to work, it will be this Sunday or early next week.

Another Team Fortress 2 short film has been recorded so stay tuned.

Starships Troopers [1997] is the next film I’m capturing so expect that next week too. You guys get to choose the next one, keep an eye out for a poll.

I’m upgrading my work/YouTube computer next month so this may also cause delays but fingers crossed, it shouldn’t! I will be taking snaps for you PC lovers out there.

There will be content over the Christmas period but it may be slightly spread out as I will be taking time off from both my work and content creation. You know, spend time with the kids… It’s CHRISTMAS! [This will be the week of Christmas]

Kickstarting December and the Xmas specials, Spider-Man Miles Morales Series will start.

Christmas Specials… Should we cover Xmas films and other games set at or around Christmas, please let me know and if YES, put your recommendations down below.

I want you to know that when you're relaxing this holiday season, I've got you covered when it comes to content, learning and hanging out with a friend (I'm your friend if I wasn't clear 💪🏻✌🏻).

Miles Morales is a great option for the Christmas season! I love the idea of some Christmas stuff! And am glad you will be taking some time with your family, my first baby girl is due the 29th of December so it will be a crazy time for us and am excited for some content to watch in those late nights 😅

Hey Kai, so first of all its great youre covering Starship Troopers because I think it was very underrated back in the day and nowadays its more appreciated and its a fun action movie to sit back and enjoy. And my recommendation for a Xmas movie would be Klaus. Its an animated film made a few years ago and its very cool and heartwarming, especially if you have kids

Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special? Fun watch. Don't think there's a lot of Christmas movies/games that really blow you away though.

Not seen or heard of it before. Sounds like a perfect winter warmer. I remember liking starship troopers when I was a teenager but has it held up and, will I see the cracks in it?

Klaus was also a bit underrated when it came out, but I assure you its worth it. And we will see how well Starship Troppers has held up, but I think that its always a fun movie to watch and not dissapointing. And since I am a big fan of Starcraft I cant unsee the similarities between both universes

I think Batman Returns would make a great reaction for the Christmas season. Its directed by Tim Burton and it really shows in the set design and tone of the film. As you are making your way through the Batman IP here, i think it's the perfect time to give this one a watch

I would suggest Die Hard 2: Die Harder. Great movie at christmas time, because there's actually snow in this one and nothing beats a Die Hard movie at christmas. Let's go. Yippee-ki-yay 🤠

I'd love some Christmas movies, and there have been some good suggestions so far but for some more fun and family oriented Christmas films ill toss in The Santa Clause and Earnest Saves Christmas. Both have some interesting filming techniques i think you'd like to point out or experience again if you've seen them before.

I'd have to go Die Hard 1 first. I've not seen them since I was a young nipper so curious to see what I remember, currently nothing!

Aaah I see☺️ I watch Die Hard 1 every x-mas. (One of the best christmas movies ever made, (eventhough it was released in the US during the summer). I would love watching it on this channel with the other Cobra Kai's🤩

Hope work hasn't been too much, as for christmas specials it would be a fun theme to have, I was going to recommend Miles Morales as it's set around Christmas, but since you've already said that is starting then I'll just leave it at that :) If you want a movie recommendation I could recommend ''Rare Exports: A Christmas Tale (2010)'' it's a finnish movie with a different take on Santa Claus and plays more like a horror movie where he's being treated like a mythological monster whose tomb is unearthed during an archaelogical dig.
