2/2 The second and final part of our time in Arkham City and oh my goodness!

This is my favourite Batman Arkham game... so far.

Not my favourite Arkham concept though..

That ending, enough said!

I'm still thinking about the ending and it's been a few days since I've seen it. That can tell you only one thing... Play The Tape to find out!

Kai

P.S. Patreon member and Discord moderator Spoder came up with a cool idea of splicing the Trailer for Arkham City into this video but sadly, I ran out of time to get my reaction.

I love the idea still so keep an eye out for an upcoming video where I cover all the Batman Arkham Trailers in one video. Might even break my favourite down.

P.P.S. Recorded The Lego Batman Movie today so expect that soon also.

So excited for arkham knight next. I never saw the batman Lego movie, I never thought it was for me, but ill give it a try.

LimitlessEntertainment

Hey Kai, great episode. Do u plan to do the side quests for Arkham Knight too? It is all very intresting and the dlc adds a couple extra side quests. They don't feel low quality compared to the main story at all.

LimitlessEntertainment

I know you usually dont but exploring some of them could be intresting because of how well they fit into the story of the main game.

MundusMeus

The next game you're looking for is Arkham Knight! And you're right, it's very rainy and REALLY good looking.

LimitlessEntertainment

Still one of the best looking games and it came out over 10 years ago

LordKnoppers

If I had one chance to travel to the future, it would be to already see your reaction to Arkham Knight, whether positive or negative.

LimitlessEntertainment

BTW, If you have the DLC for Catwoman, the game actually plays out just like in the video. The DLC is essentially an additive to the main game, making the run time longer. Pretty cool concept that I haven't seen anywhere else.

Lewis A

Kinda sad they didn't show the side stuff, probably will be the same case with Arkham Knight. But this game has DLC called Harley Quinn's Revenge you should check out before the next game

EnC0unT3r

Can’t wait to see you reacting to Batman Arkham Knight. Hope you include the dlc.

Matt Matuka

Arkham Knight next up!!!

Amko Basic

Even though I was very surprised they killed off the Joker I was even more surprised about how they did the whole sick/ not sick and the reveal. Can't wait for Arkham Knight! It's still one of the best looking games out there even though it was released 2015. The game you were referring to is Gotham knights which is like a spin-off they release after gotham knight where you play different characters from the batman family. However it was really poorly recieved (rightly so imo) and was a step back in every way basicly. Gameplay, visuals, story... etc. I didn't even buy it myself.

Obzk2

As much as I like the Origins, City and Asylum, Arkham Knight is the best one for me. And when you are going to record your reaction, PLEASE DO NOT use the Gamers Little Playground footage. They cut ALL the music out in a newer video, and the older one does not have all the content. The one I recommed to watch is this one - https://youtu.be/jVLs0dPY5N8 It has the cutscenes, just enough gameplay to not be a full playthrough, and it includes the Epilogue. For DLC's you can watch the one from "Batman Arkham Videos" channel, this dude is the best when it comes to Batman stuff, but sadly he doesn't have a "game-movie" video for the main story, or at least I couldnt find it. Can't wait🤩

to answer a question you asked in the video because they didn't include it, there are a few easter eggs and references in the game that reference what happened to scarecrow after the events of the first game. the main one being you can find a boat, that after you hack your way into it, you find is loaded up with a bunch of scarecrows new fear toxin, around you also find that he is being supplied by the broker and the falcone's and is planning to use cockroaches to deliver this new toxin around Gotham. basically it says that he is still here just in the background, licking his wounds after the first game

Societii

Mr Freeze is actually one of the more difficult bosses in the series because you have to use a different form of takedown each time you want to damage him, and he counters any takedown you try to use multiple times. This player was just so good that they made it look easy lol

Triedge101

you can change the bat suit the game has different skins referencing movies, comics and shows the Spider-Man games also have this you can play as robin and knightwing in challenge maps. the robin we see is the 3rd Robin Tim Drake the first Robin becomes Knightwing Dick Grayson the way Batman carries joker out parallels the Cain and Able painting from the beginning of the game

Spoder

Oh yea, that video looks great for reacting too. Way better then little playground

Spoder

oh fuck yes. This game was and is a huge part of my youth. As a huge batman fan, this game was the biggest love letter. The Death of the Joker was a Huge point and incredibly unexpected. When the game came out, the joker ever dying was completely unheard of, so the absolute balls too do that is something special. Your reactions were brilliant as always. Only problem that ruined a few scenes was the Original Video. I can see quite a few scenes that have gotten butchered from bad editing or gameplay which is a big shame. also notice... the first thing shown in the game is the painting of Cain and Abel, which perfectly foreshadows the ending scene and story of Batman and Joker

Masenko

Hahaha I just can’t wait until you cover Arkham knight too to finish the series! AND YES IT DOES END THERE🙄 No Gotham knights no sir

AtlasTheWarrior

It’s been said a couple times in the comments but basically this game actually has a more fleshed out small dlc story that takes place after the main story. It’s called Harley Quinn’s revenge and honestly it is small but it is a good way of showing a bit of how the world including Batman is reacting to the Joker’s death and is a good build up to the next game Arkham Knight. I would recommend watching that before you start Arkham Knight.

Vinnie Savage

The sound is not working and it wont let open in youtube either. Can you sort this please. Been wanting to watch this since yesterday. Still not working on my phone. No issues with all your other vids only this one. Im on android. Thanks

Kai Zammit - Filmmaker Reacts

I'm also an android user but it's working for me. I'm currently not using the YouTube player for Patreon content. I'm still working and trying out Patreon as a place to upload my content. Not sure what methods you can do but this video does work on android devices. Hopefully it will work soon for you fella.

Trevor Nesbitt

Love watching you take a look at this series but man, asylum and now this too are chopped up so much for these. I know it’s too late now but I wish you’d known to watch ‘Batman Arkham videos’ versions of this series. He has dedicated the last 14 years to this series and so his commentary-less videos of these games are the best out there.

Luke

Great video choice, the Gamers Little Playground one for Arkham Knight is a load of shite

Christopher Bonilla

Will you be covering the be the Batman trailers or any of the trailers for Arkham knight?
