Where it all began however, I was completely puzzled to whether I was watching the right movie! I was expecting a large bastard in overalls and a hockey mask! Instead, I got a brilliant who done it movie with naughty teenagers in dark spaces. I’ve never seen so much knicker!

The filmmaking in this movie is wonderful, what a breath of fresh air compared to todays over the top slop. This felt like a movie and I miss it so much. I did take the piss however because come on now, the shortcuts they were doing to pull of certain effects, funny but brilliant!

The gore in this bitch is also something to marvel at! I wonder why it looks so good…🤔? Perhaps you can tell me. Maybe the MVP element in the movie? Perhaps the certain 35 mm film stock? Trick or Treat?

I had an amazing experience with this and I can’t wait to share that with you now, thank you for watching. Thank you for the support and let’s go see some teenagers be teenagers in the woods. What could possibly go wrong?

Play the Slashing Tape!

P.S. Like I mention in the intro, you can’t have B without A. Yet B you hear more about but B wouldn’t exist without A! Love it!

You need to watch Hatchet as well. Victor Crowley is a beast of a supernatural slasher villain.

Perfect timing just finished binge watching Crystal Lake S01 last night!.. Awesome great reaction. Talking about coping elses homework.. Black Christmas (1974) directed by Bob Clark is the original Halloween. John Carpenter literally took the idea (camera shots, murders pov throughout) that Bob Clark brilliantly executed in that film! (Although he tell's people it's not true... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XnmJfyZXuCk)

This first movie is with Jason's mom as the killer. The sequels have Jason.

Hatchet also has other horror icons Tony Todd and Robert Englund in it

Your opinion on Hatchet 1-3 and Victor Crowley? I hope you've seen them.

Tom Savini, the horror makeup artist genius, mixed custom theatrical blood using ingredients like real sheep's blood, corn syrup, and food coloring.

I always remembered at the start of Scream when he rings Drew up & questions her.. He asked her who the killer was & tells us (..so kinda spoilt it for me!) But enjoyed watching this for first time... Freddy Vs. Jason was great fun!
