I cannot BELIEVE I missed Dermot Kennedy, I knew you'd like him! He is my top artist for the past 4 years. He is even better live, it's wild.

Does anyone know why the chat wasn't showing?

I think it's for a couple of different reasons. 1) it's easier to edit for other platforms (in particular if you think about the way their tiktoks are framed) and 2) sometimes people will say wild stuff in the chat that they have to like try to edit out

I saw Dermot play in a bar of about 2,000 people pre covid and it was incredible. He is a huge rap fan, and his lyrics are proof of that. There is a mash up of this song with Furthest Thing by Drake and it goes HARD. I think you'd love it.

i am so glad they liked my boy. I have been obsessed with Dermots music since his busking days

How the hell have I never heard of Dermot

Where can i see your original react to "Youre on your own kid"? I would love to see it.

She wrote midnights almost as a concept album - the mess of things that have kept her up at night over the years . So even tho YOYOK was written currently it’s all about past moments in her life

I am so happy you finally listened to Dermot, I was hoping the first song you do will be AEIWNF and even though I’ve heard this song so many times, live as well, I experienced it like it was the first time with you! I hope you react to more of his music, he is truly one of a kind 🤍

Amber

Wow that instrumental at the end of "An Evening I Will Not Forget" gave me chills. I need to listen to more Dermot

Ahhhh I’m so excited you’re reacting to Dermot, he’s one of my absolute faves! He also has a mash up version of that song with Drake Furthest Thing, that was the song I heard from him years ago. Boston is also a great song too
