Forge World Wabi: Tachme & Kastia (Patreon)
Content
When one thinks of Forge World Wabi, "industrial powerhouse" does not come to mind. Truthfully, its industrial output is among the lowest in the galaxy, only counterbalanced by the sheer level of loving artisanship demonstrated in each craft.
This can be largely attributed to Tachme (takk-may), foreman of the forges and member of the ruling Scholar's Council. Only he, the coolest and most aloof cucumber, possesses the insight and skill to fold adamantium 1,000 times over into chain-katanas, cover whole Battle Barges in sleek anni-me decals, and sprint backwards against the assembly line conveyor belts set to 'Ludicrous Speed'.
Of course, by his side is his pride and joy, the forge's mascot, Kastia (cass-tea-yeah). Though Tachme claims she "came out of the box already looking like that", the actual public circumstances surrounding her birth are a mystery. Her inquisitive nature urges her to prod random things around the workplace with her oversized digits, which, while annoying, does increase overall worker morale, somehow.
To assuage the concerns of prying Inquisitors and visiting tech-priests from other Forge Worlds, Kastia is fitted with a custom Imperial Aquila headguard. Still, she does have a chunk of human brain in her redundant secondary neuro-processors.
Whose brain it came from still remains up for debate.
