GLIMER: Looking at this cover, many readers are probably wondering about something more practical, especially considering your sizes. Doesn't carrying so much extra weight make walking difficult — especially in designer heels?

Yang: Laughs. That's probably the question we get asked the most! There's definitely a big difference. You become much more aware of your posture, and your balance changes a LOT. You don't just throw on a pair of heels you've never worn before and expect everything to work out! Just ask how that went for Ruby ~ !

Blake: Good shoes become incredibly important. A lot of premium designers have started reinforcing their heels, widening the support inside the sole, and using softer footbeds, things like that, because they know many of their customers are carrying more weight than they normally would for an evening.

Yang: And you learn little tricks too! Shorter steps and smoother movements! And letting your hips do more of the work instead of trying to stride normally ~ Once you get used to it, it becomes second nature.

Blake: Although after a dinner like tonight's, I was very happy the photographer let me sit down for most of the shoot. Though, that means I could've made myself even bigger ... ~
