Patreon Updates - New Stuff! (Patreon)

Hey guys! So I've shuffled the reward tiers a bit - more of you can vote now, some of you get two votes, some can be entered in a sketch raffle, etc - and updated the screed on the front about how things work (mostly spelling corrections and some updates on Stuff I've Done, but also some additional info on what'll be here).  Please look things over, tell me what you think, tell your friends to become a patron of mine, etc! :D  Thanks very much to AGCB and ritualnoise for their advice.
