Mei mei can go on missions with yuji todo can’t because he recommended him

Deniz and Masha

I thought they were saying it was a double recommendation so they both couldn’t go

Neil White

Naw she recommended someone else I can’t remember who but they both recommended one person

Gojo

I think both Mei Mei and Todo recommended Yuji for Grade 1 and normally this would mean they can't accompany him on missions until he becomes a Grade 1. However because of the veils lowered over shibuya and the threat of the special grade curses attacking, the Grade 1 promotion assessment is on hold for all the recommended sorcerers - Maki, Panda, Nobara, Megumi and Yuji. They are not considered grade 1 just yet, but pretty damn close.

I think you right I had to research it a bit
