I kinda blame us subscribers, including myself, for the fact that you guys didn’t have the best experience. This actually happens a lot with newer anime fans: sometimes people go into an arc expecting nonstop action, but when it turns philosophical or more layered, it catches them off guard. The most famous example is the legendary arc in Hunter x Hunter. A lot of people expected an epic battle, but when the author took it in a deeper direction, some fans saw it as "bad action" instead of appreciating the themes. Going forward, we’ll try to do a better job letting you know what kind of arc you're getting into, whether it's just action like all Demon Slayer arcs, or something that leans more into complex storytelling. Thanks again for the reaction, we really appreciate your honest and pure reaction.

I can't believe Parasyte ended so fast. It was really great watching it with you guys. Even though I like the show, I'm also not a big fan of the ending. It's kind of weird how the narrative shifts so drastically in episode 21 — like night and day — but honestly, it doesn't ruin the show for me. That kind of philosophical turn is pretty common in anime, but usually the transition isn't that abrupt.
